How we keep it honest

One caller. One locked guess. One reveal.

Spanda is a free circle-of-five game: a secret caller is selected, the receiver locks a single guess at who it is before a timed reveal, and every hit or miss is recorded against the trial's real chance baseline: 25% in a full circle of five.

The three-step play loop

  1. 01

    Start a circle

Sign in with a magic link and create your circle.

  2. 02

    Invite four friends

Complete a circle of five: you and four close friends.

  3. 03

    Guess the caller

Lock your choice before the timed reveal. A correct guess can trigger a live call.

Integrity mechanics

Crypto-random selection

The caller is chosen with a cryptographic random draw rather than by a participant or an administrator.

Sealed before the trial

A hash commitment seals the caller selection before guessing begins, so the result cannot be conveniently changed afterward.

Guess before reveal

The guess is locked before the timed reveal. Hits and misses are treated the same and neither can disappear.

Visible, checkable record

Every trial records the real chance baseline for its circle (25% in a full circle of five) and enters a tamper-evident log. Your data is exportable on request.

What a score can and can't say

The In-Tune gauge is a running, chance-corrected view that becomes more informative as trial count grows. It cannot prove telepathy. Luck, habits, shared routines, selection effects, and other ordinary explanations remain possible; the wider scientific consensus remains that telepathy has not been established.
